Peach Jam
This jam is summer in a bottle! All the flavor and aroma of freshly picked peaches is preserved with just the addition of sugar. It's not an easy jam to make as the fruit can catch very easily. But I've perfected the technique and now it's becomeone of my favorite spreads. Try it with yogurt or cottage cheese. It's heady perfume and flavor with raise the bar on your breakfast!
